Philip Marley - Chairman of Metic Group plc

Philip is the founder of Ely Property Group plc, the leading provider of Sale and Leaseback investment property in Ireland.  The Group has enjoyed significant success and floated on the London Stock Exchange in August 2005.

Ely is the largest provider of student accommodation in Ireland and oversees the management and letting of its own student blocks. In 2006 Ely became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Newcourt Group plc, of which Philip is also a Director. In the last trading year Ely gained 50% of Newcourt’s group profits. Ely has grown 100% year on year since it was founded.

Philip is also the founder and Managing Director of Marley Media Limited, a specialist student marketing company. Clients include Kelloggs, AIB, Bus Eireann, Berocca, Redoxon, McConnells, ESB Community Games.
